Eldorado finalises $257m acquisition of Vantage Drilling

Neil Hall-led Eldorado Drilling has completed the acquisition of offshore drilling contractor Vantage Drilling for approximately $257m. As a result of the acquisition, Vantage will survive as an indirect subsidiary of Eldorado. Vantage will delist its ordinary shares from the Oslo stock exchange as promptly as practicable.
