H-Line goes back to New Times for newcastlemax duo

South Korea’s H-Line Shipping has returned to dry bulk ordering with two LNG dual-fuel newcastlemaxes at China’s New Times Shipbuilding, backed by long-term employment with steelmaker POSCO.
